Cancellation Policy:-

1. In case there is an order cancellation. Please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can't be cancelled using our website.

Return and Exchange Policy:-

1. At SMERA MART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day exchange policy on eligible products. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns - only product exchanges.

2. Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.

3. Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for exchange.

4. Only one exchange per order is permitted. Any additional exchanges will incur a shipping charge.

NOTE FOR RETURN:-

The Item should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
